Here, we have done our best to address some of the most common questions that we get asked, hoping to help guide you through our services, pricing, and the exceptional care we bring to every corner of your living space. WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
Please understand that we require a walk-through of your home to provide you with an accurate quote. We cannot give a quote or rate without this, as each and every home is different, and each and every client has their own unique needs, the cost for cleaning is not a set amount or the same for everyone.
Walk-Throughs usually take no more than 10-20 minutes and are at no cost to you.
We consider things like the size of the home, # of bedrooms, # of bathrooms, types of flooring throughout the home, # of people living in the home, whether you have pets in the home or not, what exactly you want to include in your cleaning, and other important factors.
If you are interested in receiving our services, we will come out and do a walk-through of your home with you where you have a chance to show us exactly what it is that you are looking for. Following the walk-through, you will receive a quote with the rates we have calculated for you.
New recurring clients will pay a higher price for the first cleaning, which gets your home ready for quick and easy recurring cleanings after, and then the following cleanings - whether weekly or bi-weekly - will be a set rate each time.
Move In / Move Out Cleanings and Post Construction/Renovation Cleanings run at a higher rate than most regular cleanings because of the extra things included with these types of cleanings.
DO YOU BRING ALL OF YOUR OWN SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT?
Yes, we provide all the necessary supplies and equipment for our services. We come with the cleaning knowledge, supplies and tools needed to ensure a thorough and efficient cleaning experience. You can relax knowing that we’ve got everything covered. If you have any preferences or concerns regarding the cleaning products we use, please feel free to let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the cleaning process as convenient and stress-free as possible for you.
DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME DURING MY CLEANING?
You are not required to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients prefer the convenience of having their space cleaned while they are away. If you choose not to be present, we can make arrangements for how we will gain access to your home. Rest assured, our team is trained to work efficiently and with the utmost respect for your home. However, if you prefer to be present during the cleaning or have specific instructions, we have no problem with that and are more than happy to accommodate your preferences. Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us, and we strive to make the cleaning process as convenient and stress free as possible. If you have any special instructions or concerns, please feel free to let us know right away, and we'll make sure to address them.
how do you prefer to be contacted?
For the most prompt and efficient communication, we prefer to be contacted via text messages. This allows us to respond to your inquiries and address any concerns in a timely manner. However, we understand that everyone has their preferred mode of communication, so we're flexible! Please feel free to reach out to us using the method that is most convenient for you. do you work weekends?
Yes, we do offer weekend appointments to accommodate various schedules. We also like to do our first cleaning over the weekend whenever possible, so if this is an option you would be okay with, please let us know. Our goal is to provide flexibility and convenience for our clients. We are dedicated to delivering quality services at a time that works best for everyone. do you handle laundry as part of your cleaning services?
While our primary focus is on the main cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing various surfaces, we typically do not offer laundry services. Our aim is to ensure your living spaces are pristine and refreshed.
However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here do our best to help our clients in any way we can. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your cleaning requirements further, please don't hesitate to contact us.
do you wash dishes as part of your cleaning services?
Again, our standard cleaning services primarily focus on tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing various surfaces throughout your home. Washing dishes is generally not included. However, we're always open to discussing your specific needs and preferences. If you have dishes or specific kitchen-related tasks that you'd like us to address during our visit, please let us know in advance. We are open to adjusting your home cleaning plan to better suit your requirements, whenever possible. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a cleaning experience that aligns with your expectations. do you include window cleaning as part of your services?
We only offer window cleaning as an additional service. If you would like us to include window cleaning in your service, or to add to your recurring cleaning, maybe quarterly or twice annually, for example, please let us know in advance, and we'll be happy to customize your cleaning package accordingly. Clean windows can significantly enhance the overall appearance of your home, and we're here to help you achieve a sparkling and refreshed living space.
do you offer carpet cleaning as part of your services?
We currently do not provide carpet cleaning services. If you have specific carpet cleaning needs, we recommend reaching out to a professional carpet cleaning service that specializes in this area. We may even be able to recommend local carpet cleaners who may be able to help you. Remember that we are more than happy to discuss your overall cleaning requirements and explore how we can best meet your needs within our

do you offer a guarantee on your work?
We take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the results, we are committed to addressing your concerns promptly and effectively. Reach out to us within 24 hours of your service completion, and we can discuss the best way to resolve any issues you may have, including us returning to clean any areas we may have missed or that you are not satisfied with the results of.
is there anything that i should do before you arrive for my cleaning?

do i have to sign a contract?
No, we do not require our clients to sign a long-term contract. We believe in providing flexibility and want to make our services as convenient as possible for you. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional cleaning services that exceed your expectations. While we don't mandate a contract, if you are going to be a regular client, we do have you sign a service agreement and a payment agreement. These are meant to clarify expectations about when and how your cleaning will be performed and to minimize risks when it comes to payments. We also may require a deposit for one-time cleanings or first-time cleanings.. We also appreciate open communication and encourage you to let us know about any specific preferences or expectations you may have. If you ever decide to modify or discontinue our services, simply inform us, and we'll adjust accordingly.
what should i do with my pet during my cleaning?
We want to ensure a stress-free experience for both you and your pet during our cleaning sessions. To help with this, consider the following:

Secure or Restrict Access: For the safety of our team and your pet, consider securing your pet in a comfortable and secure space or using pet gates to restrict access to certain areas.

Inform Us About Pets: We like to know pets names, especially if we will be coming into contact with them. Let us know about any specific preferences or instructions you have regarding your pet. This helps us tailor our services to accommodate their needs.

Provide Comfort: If your pet is comfortable with visitors, we'll do our best to work around them. However, if your pet is anxious or tends to be protective, it may be helpful to arrange a quiet space away from the cleaning areas.
Your pet's well-being is important to us, and we want to ensure they are as comfortable as possible during our visit. If you have any specific concerns or if there are particular instructions for your pet, please share them with us in advance.
do you have a list of the extra services that you provide?
Here is a list of the items you can choose to have us do less frequently than your weekly or bi-weekly cleanings, or you can add in as a once-off at any time, please make sure to ask as far ahead as you are able to, so that we can adjust our schedule to fit the extra services in:

-cleaning windows, screens, tracks
-baseboards
-oven, fridge, other appliances
-interiors of china cabinets, hutches, etc.
-interior kitchen cupboard cleaning
-cleaning up of porches, garages
-any work requiring the use of ladders (2 step stools okay)
-pet clean up (cat boxes, outdoor doggy doo, etc.)
-ceiling fan cleaning
-light fixture cleaning
is there any special training that you've gone through to learn how to clean homes?
I have been cleaning other people’s homes for just about 10 years regularly, I also have a few years’ experience cleaning all different types of commercial spaces.
I have also completed the American House Cleaners Association Certification Course, making me a Certified Professional Cleaning Provider.
how long have you been in business?
Peace of Mind Cleaning Services waz started in 2018, and our business became an LLC in 2021.
